Speaking of cartoons, is anyone here into anime???
For me, the anime craze first hit in the early 90's. Fist of the North Star ( I don't know when it really came out, I'm just saying that's when I first heard of it) Golgo 13, Vampire Hunter D, The first Ghost in the shell movie. Anybody got any favorites??? Don't be shy about it either.

Can't get enough of the Anime.. I'm currently into Katekyo Hitman Reborn!. It's a shounen (Story about a teen aged kid) becoming the 10th generation Mafia boss of the Vongola family. It's pretty interesting. Mainly I read manga because it's more true to the story lines but I have a lot of old favorites from back in the Toonami days. Dragon Ball, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Outlaw Star, and a bunch of others I'm sure you all know.

Yeah, Trigun and Cowboy Bebop are both very good, deeper story lines than one would normally expect from a anime, especially if that one was a newbie. Along those same veins, I love the Stand Alone complexes of Ghost in the Shell.

Aww, now I just can't imagine my life without anime!
As to favorites, I adore everything created by H.Miadzaki; "Ergo Proxy" impressed me very much. Also I've watched almost every popular anime (remember myself enjoying "Full metal panic" recently; still hooked on Naruto, Bleach and others like this).
The only one anime I watched and really didn't like was "Elfen Lied". Т_Т

I've always loved anime, before I even knew what it was called. I started out with Pokemon and Digimon...the former I still watch. But of course I have the more mature ones like Naruto, Bleach, Kekkaishi, and the best one: Full Metal Alchemist. I prefer Brotherhood, but I like both.

Anime is dope..while im not a major anime head i have friends who are and as time goes by ive gotten in to it more and more im really feeling black blood brothers rite now..some of my favs are cowboy bebop,Samurai Champloo, Dragon Ball Z Ronin Warriors,Bleach and Ghost in the shell
